I’m a Content Creator based in Mohkinstsis / Calgary that helps businesses expand their reach on Social Media, share their story and build communities with aligned values.

I enjoy helping people build their dreams and get inspired by finding creative solutions to the obstacles around getting in front of a camera. And let’s face it, Social Media is not everyone’s piece of cake.

There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s why I’m here.

I have passions in communications, digital marketing, psychology, relationship development and management as well as endless creative pursuits in photography, videography, graphic design, art and writing — I can help bridge the divide, taking the pressure off you to find ideas and time, so you can focus on supporting your clients.

I’ve owned businesses since I was 17 and trial and errored my way through
website, graphic design, and how to market myself. I’ve also spent most of my adult life exploring my own story and how to express it. I know no one way fits all, we are all unique. 

Being in front of a camera is daunting for most of us, but it’s because we’ve grown up thinking we need to be perfect on camera. This may have been true for films and tv, but it’s NOT a reality for social media. People want to invest in  real people with ordinary lives, sharing highs and lows. Your story matters and I will help you share it with your audience to manifest your goals.
